1.       Select Tools from the menu bar. Select Standard Commendations.  The Open Review Definition screen displays.

2.       Select the Review Definition type to access. The Standard Commendations screen displays.

1.       Select Tools from the menu bar. Select Standard Commendations. 

2.       Select the Review Definition type to access.

3.       Select New.

4.       Select “Commendation” as the Type from the dropdown list.

5.       Enter the Code.  The code is any number assigned by the user.

6.       Enter the standard comment text.

7.       Select OK.

1.       Select Tools from the menu bar. Select Standard Commendations. 

2.       Select the Review Definition type to access.

3.       Double-click a commendation to edit.

Select a commendation and select Edit.

4.       Modify the Code, if applicable.

5.       Modify any desired text.

6.       Select OK.

1.       Select Tools from the menu bar. Select Standard Commendations. 

2.       Select the Review Definition type to access.

3.       Single-click a commendation.

4.       Select Delete.
