SFA Application

The SFA Application screen provides access to the SFA’s annual application for the School Nutrition Programs for both new and renewing Contracting Entities. The SFA is required to complete a new SFA application annually; however, the State has identified select SFA data that rolls over from the previous year and pre-fills a new year’s application.
