1.       On the Applications menu, select SFA Manager.

2.       Search for and select a SFA using the SFA Search (if necessary).

3.       Once a SFA has been selected, select Contracting Entity Profile.

4.       Modify any desired information within the profile.

5.       Select Save. If no errors exist, a confirmation screen displays.

6.       Select <Edit to return to the SFA Profile screen you just modified.

Select Finish to return to the SFA Manager Menu.

1.       On the Applications menu, select SFA Manager.

2.       Search for and select a SFA using the SFA Search (if necessary).

3.       Once a SFA has been selected, select Contracting Entity Profile.

4.       On the Edit menu, select DELETE.  A warning displays.

WARNING: Once the profile has been deleted, it is permanently removed from the system and cannot be restored. You will not be able to access any data regarding the SFA within the system.  Use caution before deleting a profile.

5.       Select Delete. A confirmation screen displays.

6.       Select Finish to return to the SFA Manager menu.

TIP: To retain history on a SFA, change their Status to Inactive instead of deleting the profile.
